At Le Monde Gourmand, we want you to be completely enamored with your new signature scent. If a fragrance doesn't perfectly capture your mood, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Package Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging to ensure the glass bottles are protected during transit and affix the shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
